Richard brings over 15 years in the business and a strong background in operations and project management, with hands-on experience in ordering logistics, quality control and document control. His expertise supports both residential and commercial solar projects by ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and consistent quality across every stage of execution.
Throughout his career, Richard has focused on building streamlined processes, improving workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards of accountability. His ability to manage timelines, track resources, and resolve challenges quickly plays a key role delivering reliable, high- quality results.

Kenneth Foster

Director of Field Operations

Kenneth Foster

As co-founder, Kenneth brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the solar industry, with more than 10,000 installations completed nationwide. His expertise spans both residential and commercia solar projects, supported by a strong technical foundation as a licensed electrician. Throughout his career, Kenneth has held key leadership roles, including regional installation manager and crew lead, where he built and led high-performing teams while maintaining rigorous quality and safety standards. His deep field knowledge allows him to oversee complex projects efficiently while ensuring every installation meets the highest level of craftsmanship.

Kenneth takes pride in delivering dependable results and supporting both team success and customer satisfaction. His commitment to excellence and hands-on leadership continue to play a key role in maintaining Electricus Solar's reputation as a trusted and reliable provider.
